Secret Santa Generator is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the platform to send spam, harass others, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.

Eligibility

This service is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@secretsantagenerator.com and we will delete it.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Secret Santa Generator is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Email delivery

We make reasonable efforts to deliver Secret Santa pick emails, but cannot guarantee delivery due to spam filters and other factors outside our control.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Secret Santa Generator may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
