Use of the service
Secret Santa Generator is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the platform to send spam, harass others, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
User conduct & zero-tolerance policy
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior of any kind — including harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit content, or content that exploits or endangers anyone. Every group message board, private message, and anonymous message can be reported with one tap directly from the message; reports are sent to our team immediately, and we review and act on them — including removing the content and, for repeat or severe violations, ejecting the user from the service — within 24 hours. Separately, you can block any other member at any time: once blocked, their messages are hidden from you immediately across every group you share, with no notice to them. If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, report it in the app or contact us at support@secretsantagenerator.com.
Eligibility
This service is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@secretsantagenerator.com and we will delete it.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Secret Santa Generator is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Email delivery
We make reasonable efforts to deliver Secret Santa pick emails, but cannot guarantee delivery due to spam filters and other factors outside our control.
Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Secret Santa Generator may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
Limitation of liability
Secret Santa Generator is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
